Once harvested

Once harvested, our vegetables are processed in our certified agri-processing facility using specialised food-grade machinery designed to gently transform fresh produce into high-quality powders.

The process includes careful cleaning, preparation, and controlled drying to remove moisture while protecting the integrity of the product. Drying parameters are closely monitored to retain nutrients before the produce is milled into fine, versatile powders suitable for a wide range of applications.

Every step is intentional, measured, and repeatable — because consistency is essential when creating products for both local and international markets.
